Our representatives are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday to provide quotes and shipping information on veterinary related medical equipment and supplies. We offer a wide variety of ordering methods and payment types. Call us at (800) 979-6795 to find out more.

Avante Animal Health will provide a formal, written price quotation confirming an informal verbal or emailed price. This can be communicated by email, fax, or postal mail. Due to the nature of our business, all equipment quoted is subject to availability and/or prior sale.

When you are ready to order, please contact us to confirm current prices, payment arrangement, availability, and delivery time of your medical equipment or accessories. Whenever possible, we request a hard copy purchase order to ensure that your order is processed properly.


Online Ordering

Avante Animal Health also offers prices supplies and accessories for convenient purchase online. Products with prices listed on our website are updated on a regular basis; however pricing information can be subject to change. In these situations our staff will call with correct information and determine next steps.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after submission. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local shipment guidelines for delivery. Avante Animal Health offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 12pm PST for a small additional fee.

In the event of a duplicate online order, please call Avante Animal Health customer service at (800) 979-6795 to have the duplicate order voided. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call your preferred shipping company to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to Avante.

Once an order is submitted changes are prohibited. Please call Avante Animal Health customer service at (800) 979-6795 for any cancellations or changes.

You may cancel an order any time prior to processing by calling Avante customer service at (800) 979-6795. Shipped orders cannot be canceled, please see out Returns Policy for more information on how to return your order.

Avante Animal Health reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Typographical & Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Avante Animal Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Avante Animal Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Avante Animal Health shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Avante Animal Health or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
