From Hiring
Avante realizes the investment needed to meet the high expectations and standards of refurbishing medical equipment. We hire and recruit our staff from specific backgrounds such as biomedical, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Our relationship with area biomedical colleges along with our industry contacts allows Avante to continually provide qualified motivated professionals.
To Training
Along with the many years of hands on and certified training each of our Biomedical Engineers receive, Avante continually provides additional training and reaches out to manufacturers for supplemental training and resources to keep up with the constantly changing medical environment.
To Machinery and Testing
Avante knows in order to keep an edge we must invest in recent machine, tools, and technology to properly clean, diagnose, repair, paint, and test our products prior to being placed on the shelf. This also means having the needed pieces and parts in stock and ready to go.
